Especially when you’ve spent a long time holding things together or putting others first. I offer a warm, accepting therapy space where you can feel both safe and supported in being honest and vulnerable. Together, we’ll build on your strengths, clarify your goals, and explore the thoughts and behaviors that may be contributing to anxiety, depression, stress, or relationship challenges. Our work will focus on helping you unpack what’s been pushed aside so you can heal from past experiences and move forward with greater clarity and self-trust.
I work with adults navigating concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma and PTSD, grief, family conflict, and major life transitions. I also support clients exploring racial identity, healing from racial trauma, and rebuilding self-esteem after experiences like bullying, school challenges, dating, or ongoing stress.
Our work is collaborative and paced to meet you where you are, with attention to both immediate concerns and deeper patterns. I believe therapy should honor your intersecting identities and unique lived experience—there is only one you. My integrative, curious, and compassionate approach is tailored to your individual needs and goals.
When not practicing therapy, I can be found at my sewing machine, hanging out with my 2 dogs and 1 cat, or crying in H Mart.
